The Residence is situated directly across the road from a white sandy beach and within 25 minutes walking distance from the centre of Alghero town.
The construction is on three floors and is composed of 40 apartments. The lower floor is a raised floor with easy access by 4 stairs, the highest is the second floor, which is not served by lift. The residence complex has a private parking (availability under request) and a swimming-pool with children area.
Beside the apartments you will find a supermarket, pizzeria, bar and restaurant.
APARTMENTS DESCRIPTIONS:
Bilocale 2+2 - īB4ī
This apartment consist of a bedroom with twin debs, a living room/lounge area providing a sofa bed with pull out bed suitable for two adults or two children; kitchenette; bathroom with shower; balcony.
Trilocale 4+2 - īT6ī
The trilocale consist of two double bedrooms; living room/lounge area providing a sofa bed with pull out bed suitable for two adults or two children; kitchenette; bathroom with shower; balcony.
Quadrilocale 6+2 - īQ8ī
The quadrilocale consist of three double bedrooms; living room/lounge area providing a sofa bed with pull out bed suitable for two adults or two children; kitchenette; bathroom with shower; two balconies.
All apartments have their own balcony. Safety deposit box (upon request local charge). Limited number of sea view apartments and air-conditioned are available with a supplement.
